The hotel had a mixed experience with some positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit dirty and dusty, and being in an annex took away from the historic charm. However, the vegetarian options were included. Service was friendly but verged on being annoyed, with quick apologies and solutions provided. The location was excellent, especially for a wedding, but some areas needed more attention for cleanliness. The dining was fair but had potential to be better. Overall, the hotel is a mixture of ups and downs that could be improved.

My stay at the hotel was generally okay. The rooms, although in a quiet converted stable-block out back, could have been cleaner with some dust around. I also found it a bit inconvenient that I couldn't change the TV channel to HDMI to watch a DVD I brought along. The service was friendly and accommodating, making up for the minor issues with the rooms. The location was ideal for my itinerary, easily accessible from the A3, which was a plus. The dining experience had its flaws, particularly with tough sausage skins, but was acceptable overall. Facilities were decent, although not outstanding.

The hotel has a convenient location just off the A3 near the M25 junction with horse riding nearby and a friendly cycle cafe offering comfort blankets for patrons. The rooms are very hot and windows can only be opened a little, but they overlook the courtyard area. The staff at the reception were welcoming, although there was a slight lack of interest during check out.

The hotel rooms were lovely with a great atmosphere, perfect for a wedding, but could get too hot unlike some hotels. The service was a mix of welcoming and friendly interactions along with childish behavior among staff. The location offered a lot to see and eat nearby and had a picturesque outlook onto a pretty garden. The dining experience provided a good choice of quality dishes.
